- Shipping is always FREE in the continental United States. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are billed a flat rate clearly shown at checkout before you submit your order. We currently do not ship internationally. InStyle Now will email an order confirmation upon receipt of order. We ship orders normally within 2 days of receipt, so on average, you may expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days based on standard Fed-Ex and UPS delivery norms.
- Delivery is usually done by Fed-Ex or UPS depending on the quickest and most efficient shipping method to your location. For freight deliveries, all of our carriers have been instructed to contact you for estimated delivery date and time. All freight orders must be inspected and signed by someone you authorize at your location. InStyle Now sends you an email notification usually on the day your order ships with the carrier and tracking number.

- Returns & Replacements
- Here are the simple steps to return your order:
- 1. If the order has arrived DAMAGED, refuse to accept the order. The order will be returned to our warehouse and we will process a claim. If you wish to have your order replaced, please contact us<contact link>.
- 2. If after you have opened the item and later feel it was damaged or defective, please contact <link to "contact"> us immediately. We ask that you contact us within one (1) week of delivery in this case.
- YOU CONTACT US FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET > YOU PACK UP ORDER FOR RETURN > OUR DESIGNATED CARRIER PICKS IT UP > AFTER IT ARRIVES BACK TO US, YOU GET CREDIT. ALLOW 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CREDIT, PLUS THE TIME YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TAKES TO POST (USUALLY 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS).

If you are a business or government agency, that requires to pay by check, please contact us on our toll free number.
- You may cancel your order, however, we ask that should you decide to cancel your order, that it be done immediately, since once an order leaves our warehouse, product and shipping costs have been incurred and charged.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order. Once we receive your payment, your order is immediately processed and released for shipment<link to Shipping & Delivery section>. You will receive your order confirmation by email at the time your shipment is picked up from our warehouse. If there is any significant delay or back order on your item(s), our customer care department will contact you to advise the situation and make sure any shipping delays are ok with you.
- Our internet price is almost always at the lowest allowable price on the internet. If you find the exact same item cheaper elsewhere online, please contact us by phone<link to Contact page> and we will make every effort to match that price.
